I wonder if musicians like the members of Soundgarden bumped into each other at the grocery store one day and were like “Hey man, I’ve been meaning to contact you, but y’know, life got in the way and then 15 years went by and I wasn’t sure if you were still free…” and the other dude’s like “Nah, man, you know you can call me any time. Let’s get on that follow up!”

I like to think that’s how it went down.
